Play your PC's sound on the speakers you already own
Stream To Speaker adds an audio output to Windows. Choose it, pick a speaker, and everything your PC plays comes out of it.
Download for WindowsFree & open source · Windows 10 1809+ / Windows 11, 64-bit
One output device. Every speaker on your network.
01
The Output
Installing adds Stream To Speaker to Windows' audio outputs. Select it — or route a single app to it in the Volume Mixer.
02
The Speaker
The app finds the speakers on your network: Sonos, IKEA SYMFONISK, KEF, Denon HEOS, MoOde and Volumio over UPnP / OpenHome; HomePod, AirPort Express and shairport-sync over AirPlay.
03
The Sound
Music, a film, a call — whatever plays, plays there. Windows volume and the speaker's own buttons stay in sync.
Built to disappear
Latency control: Trim delay while playing, so sound and picture stay together
Volume both ways: Windows volume and the speaker's buttons move each other
Out of the way: Lives in the system tray
No special modes: The audio driver is signed by Microsoft — Secure Boot stays on
Local only: Audio goes straight from PC to speaker — no servers, accounts, or telemetry
Open source: Public code, and every release proves which commit built it
